Baking students at William Angliss Institute learn time-honoured skills in baking bread, pastry production and cake making while earning a qualification recognised all over the world.
Students learn commercial styles of baking along with true artisan style breads using sourdough, wood firing and tandoori. Students who choose a pastry specialisation will undertake training in the new dessert style of cake making, royal icing decorating, chocolate work and pastry production.
We offer government-supported places for our complete suite of Victorian baking courses.
The flexible program allows you to change to an apprenticeship model if you begin employment in industry during your course.
