Host Milano’s 40th edition in 2017 has been announced as the “place to be” to celebrate coffee, cake, bread & ice-cream at FieraMilano Rho in Italy.
Now in its 40th edition, the show has established itself as the leader in the Ho.Re.Ca, food service, retail, mass distribution channel and hotel industries.
This is the favourite destination of top players for offering a preview of innovations in technologies in food equipment, food products (ingredients, semi-prepared items), the world of coffee as well as in terms of formats, design and lifestyle. It is also a unique marketplace for doing quality international business with professionals who have been carefully selected and who have high-level purchasing power. Over 1,800 companies will be exhibiting at this year’s event and a record number of visitors are expected. The 2015 Host Milano attracted over 150,000 visitors, 90,585 from Italy and 60,383 foreigners from over 170 countries.

There will be more than 400 engagements including performances, seminars, workshops, show cooking and demonstrations by starred chefs, master ice-cream and pastry bakers, and baristas from Italy and around the world.
Among the many events will be the Cake Designers World Championship where 22 countries will compete and the World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate will see 20 countries competing.
