French Bakery Cup -Coupe de France de la Boulangerie - France - 2019

36 participants, distributed into 12 teams of 3 bakers from the same region of France will compete over 3 days of challenges. 4 tests will serve to determine the best among them: breads, viennoiseries, artistic buffet and bakery food offering. The winning team will go on to represent la France in the European Bakery Cup.

 The regions entered in the contest this year are: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (2 teams), Bourgogne-Franche Comté (2 teams), Bretagne, DROM-COM (La Réunion), Grand Est, Ile-de-France, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Normandie, Pays de la Loire and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
