After the international success of the previous C3 and the triumphant victory of Swedish chef Frederik Borgskog, Valrhona is gearing up for a new edition of the ultra-creative competition with an exceptional jury.
As always, this competition is open to restaurant professionals from all over the world, with 46 countries competing! This year, it is their manjari chocolate that will have the place of honor in their selections – a chocolate straight from Madagascar.
Each candidate must present an original creative plated dessert recipe and molding chocolate bonbons.
The C3 Chocolate Competition will take place during the 13th Annual Starchefs International Chefs Congress in Brooklyn, USA.
