The Masters competition closes a whole cycle of competitions, including: the Louis Lesaffre Cup, the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup) and the Bakery Masters.
The candidates in competition have participated in the Louis Lesaffre Cup or in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie. They were scored individually, each in their own speciality. The best among them were selected to compete in the Bakery Masters.
They aspire to the highly coveted WORLD MASTER BAKER title. Only six bakers in the world currently hold this title, proof of their unique expertise in international bakery.
In February 2018, during the EUROPAIN show in Paris Villepinte, the 3rd edition of this prestigious competition will take place.
