The Ultimate Chococake Award is the chocolate cake contest promoted by Puratos Italia entirely dedicated to Belcolade. Aimed at professional pastry chefs and chocolatiers aged between 18 and 35, the Chococake Award proposes to create a chocolate cake that respects certain characteristics in terms of presentation, taste and structure.
The 14th edition of the French Cup of Bakery, (Coupe de France de la Boulangerie) will be held at Sirah, Eurexpo in France.
